Zayda Boji

Zayda, from Novi, Michigan, grew up as a competitive dancer and has trained in a variety of styles. Throughout her time as a dancer, she’s attended numerous workshops, master classes, and intensives such as Eisenhower’s UProotEDD Summer Intensive, ConteXture’s Winter Workshop, and Oakland Dance Festival. She is currently pursuing her BFA in Dance at Oakland University, where she’s had the opportunity to work with many professors and choreographers including Gregory Patterson, Teresa Muller, Elizabeth Riga, Christina Tasco, and Denise Caston. She has also performed with Oakland Dance Theater for the last two years. In addition to performing, she’s a dance teacher at several studios in the Metro Detroit area. She is very excited to be joining ConteXture for her first season!
